How and where do you manufacture your illustrated products?
Upon the placement of an order through this website, our partner CafePress.com prints our illustrations on the necessary products and sends them directly to you.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
CafePress.com uses US Postal Service and Airborne Express for shipping. You should receive your package within two weeks. International shipping could take as long as 4 weeks.
If you haven't received your items in this time frame, please do not hesitate to contact CafePress.com at service@cafepress.com. Or call the toll-free customer service line at (877) 809-1659.

2nd Day/Next Business Day Shipping
CafePress.com also offers Airborne Express expedited shipping for next day and 2nd day orders. (Available for shipping in the United States ONLY.)
Expedited (Next Day/2nd Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

What do I need to do if I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail CafePress.com directly at service@cafepress.com. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.

What is your return policy?
If for some reason you do not like your merchandise, you can return it to CafePress.com for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). CafePress.com will even refund shipping charges if the return is a result of their error. This 100% satisfaction guarantee is good for 30 days. Can I pay with a personal check or money order?
Yes. To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:
